Brian- Chinese national currently residing in Canada 

Brian purchased a property via our sourcing services in 2023. The property was a large 3-bedroom family home based in Prenton, Wirral and our intention was to turn this property into a 5 bed all en-suite HMO. We carried out all building work for the client as well as liaising with the necessary building contractor and HMO department at the local council. The property took 4 months to refurb and Peninsular Property found tenants before the refurb was completed to ensure we could move tenants in right away as soon as the project was finished. The property has since been re-financed on a commercial mortgage and the client has pulled out most of his initial investment to focus on his next property as well as earning a healthy monthly income from this property.

Alistair- Hong Kong ex-pat

Alistair contacted us as a novice investor in 2021 and his focus was single let properties where he could earn a monthly income on a hands-off basis. Alistair has since purchased two properties with us in the local area both of which were tenanted to ensure they cash flowed from day one and we were also able to secure at a below market value rate of around 80% market value. Peninsular Property manage all tenancies on his behalf and whilst these properties were purchased for cash we may look to assist in re-financing to enable further purchases.

 

Ryan- Hong Kong Resident

Ryan was a novice investor when he came to us however since then has transformed into an experienced and more importantly fully hands off investor. Ryan’s initial investment was a terraced house in Liverpool however with guidance and advice we have since purchased two further properties for Ryan which have not only cash flowed more than he had hoped they have allowed him to re-finance for further properties. Ryan utilised our in-house services for his purchases which made the process much quicker and easier and ensured we were involved at all times to minimise any issues during the purchasing process.
